ECLIPSE BALL’S NEWEST PRODUCT
WINS THE GOLD MEDAL!
Introducing the all new
Satryan Ball.
|
The
New Satryan Ball wins the Gold!
Satryan Ball impressed jurors enough at INPEX 2006, the National
Invention Convention in Pittsburg PA, to be awarded the Gold Medal in the
Toy Division.
The
Satryan Ball is a ball that fly’s like a Frisbee and bounces like a ball.
It will skip across water better then a stone! The inventor, Eclipse
Balls CEO, Donald Benson created the ball with help from his son Ryan.
The name reflects Ryan’s name and is a play on the name of the Planet
Saturn.
He
also created a game to go with it. Satryan Ball Soccer, is played on a
basketball court indoors or soccer field outdoors. The indoor version
gives points for making a basket with the ball as well as into the goal as
in a traditional soccer game!
It
is gaining popularity in PE classes around the country.

Eclipse Ball Goes to
Canada!
In the fall of 2005 the Province of New Foundland,
and again in the fall of 2006 the Province of Quebec, both in Canada, added
Eclipse Ball to their curriculums. P.E. Teachers were excited about the
school sets that they received, and students are reported to be having lots
of fun, Playing It!
The owners of Eclipse Ball report to be unsure as to
how the Canadians heard about Eclipse Ball, but are happy to see the fun is
spreading!

The Eclipse Ball Web Site now includes a
Team Registry |

girls clubs, churches or other organizations, can now go online and add
their names to the growing number of people playing Eclipse
Ball. The registry is designed to help people or organizations
find each other for the purpose of forming teams, playing other teams
or organizing tournaments. The site also contains a place for

Eclipse Ball Changes it’s Look |
|
In 2006 The Eclipse Ball game ball got
a new look, when a brand new logo appeared on the ball. The ball also
returned to the solid black back that was on the original ball.
This is partly to distinguish it from
the ball with printing and partly to update it’s look.
|
|
The company that actually makes the ball moved its
production to China. When this happened there were some production problems
and the balls didn’t last as long as the old balls. Eclipse Ball Inc.
replaced, free of charge, many of these balls, and they wanted their
customers to clearly see that the balls were different. We stand by our
products and want our customers to be satisfied, says CEO Donald Benson!

Eclipse Ball started
over 30 years ago in the Benson’s front yard, players would drive as far
as 40 miles on Eclipse
Ball night and park their cars with headlights shinning on the court if it
got to dark to play!

| On the Road |
|
